Somehow, I never knew Kelye made Uberti #5 Base Pins. But, recently he messaged me that he was sending one to try in my small frame 38 Special.
Elated when it arrived, I messaged him to see if more were available.
He had plenty for my small frame guns (22 LR/Mag, 32-20/32 Mag and 38 Special). But, only four for the full size guns. Two less than I needed, but four more than I had. I could ask no more.
They arrived today and all have been installed.
My 44-40 and 45 Colt Flattop Targets were the first to get them. Even with the Black Powder Frames, the pins were a perfect fit.
The remaining two went to my Callahan 44-40/44 Mag and Bad Boy 10mm/38-40.
Fantastic upgrades to Fantastic Guns.

i have one of his locking #5 pins in a Jaeger Bisley clone. I hated the factory safety base pin, and the colt-style pin i replaced it with was jumping with recoil. I also have his pins in i think 5 other single actions.

Thanks to this thread, I ordered a Belt Mountain #5 base pin for my Uberti .22 Stallion. I'm not sure how to post photos, but Kelte's product far surpasses the factory part and cured a couple of issues. I took it to the range today and now a nice revolver is better than when it left Italy.
Thanks Kelye!
