Perhaps it was a "basic" case made for forming some wildcats? I have a big pile of 44 and 45 basic brass for forming buffalo cartridges and my cousin bought '06 size basic brass for forming 400 Whelen.

I vaguely recall reading about the G&A wildcat magnum cartridges years ago. Not much info on the Interwebz about them, that I could find.
