Like several have mentioned, I jumped into PC after receiving the Powder from Trey. I also have a pound of Smoke's powder. It seems to be less affected by humidity than the salvage powder. It is also more expensive so I use Trey's for plinking bullets.
I'm sure there are some locales that have higher humidity than my West Tennessee location. Any suggestions other than wait for winter and heat dried inside air?

I am in NorthEast Alabama about 25 foot from the edge of Weiss Lake so it is fairly humid. I use the black bb’s a number 5 plastic container and I have powder coated under a pole barn in the rain without much problem, without the bb’s I have had to let the bullets warm up in the sun for a few minutes then they coated easily.

If the bullets aren't coating well, I'll set a pan on top of the toaster and warm them up a touch. Not hot but warmed.
