I got the paperweight back. The rifle functions now but they scratched it up pretty good. They told me to send it back again and they'd fix the scratches.🤦♂️
I've had pretty good luck with my other BHA rifles, not sure bout the smith that worked on this one.

I've shot my 500 S&W and 454 a fair amount. Although I have a few more. They both were tight and did not function great initially however cycling them a few hundred times works them in and they function great. They are balanced well for being heavy. And they are accurate.
