At one time I seem to remember Ronnie Wells teasing a picture of a M97 with a Bisley frame he was prototyping. I know he has a million things in the fire now but I am pretty sure I remember that correctly.

FA 97 originally in .32 H&R Magnum with an extra .32-20 cylinder... After my friend bought it from a friend of his, he shipped back to FA and had the .327 cylinder added.   Picked the bottom one up a couple of years ago... 4.25" .327 Federal with round butt and fluted cylinder..   Rarely see any .327s for sale any more... Bob |

There's a newly listed 327 Federal on Guns International. My first FA97 was a 327 Federal/32-20... This is the only picture I have of my 327 FA-97 black grips. For my needs just walking some trails or tow-path in NE Pennsylvania. For me becoming a favorite, easy to hip carry, fun to shoot and Buffalo Bore hard cast gives it a very good punch. Attachments:

Does that rare scope base have the sight blades with it? I regret not buying one of those... Can someone shed some light on those front sight blades and the octagon barrel has a sling stud Iv'e never seen before is that factory ? |
