Well jeff if you had one of the newer radar chronographs that gives you the BC of your bullet along with the velocity and you punch those figures into one of the better ballistic calcullators you're know exacty what you bullet is doing and where. ...
Well, I did it again. I totally missed that that's what he was looking for.
Sounds to me like he's about got it all sewed up - just needs a giant piece of cardboard to set at 250 yards.
I won't lie - I'm "behind the times." On purpose. I have to deal with technology for a living, so I tend to ditch it when it comes time to enjoy myself. Whatever that setup cost would probably get me a bunch of primers or powder, maybe even a new barrel for one of the Contenders. And, I probably should do a bit more walking anyway. I have a Shooting Chrony I got when they came out. I dig it out about once every ten years. I'd rather mess with my guns than electronics and programs, so I missed the point.
Being a bit backerds suits me though, so I enjoy it.
