So those that have or had them tell me what you like about Nill grips. I am considering them for my S&W 16-4, are they worth it?
Pics are always appreciated by the way

They fit my hands extremely well. They also fit the gun with a snap on fit. Well shaped and checkered exactly where needed.

I can tell you what I DON'T like about them! lol $$$$$ I honestly don't remember if I bought my first set new or not. I put them on my USPSA gun, then went to a match without ever firing it. Shot a classifier stage where you picked the gun up off a table, shot my highest score ever at the time. So I thought "Well I guess I'm keeping them!" Some time later I bought the second set used online for another "race gun" I was going to assemble, but never did. Ended up putting all the pre-purchase parts on a 657 instead. They're big, "round" feeling, hand filling. I like them. Always said I'd buy more used ones, not sure about new ones. Turns out it never mattered, didn't buy anything to put them on. "Expensive German plywood"

They’re great on a heavy recoiling Redhawk

Don't remember how I ended up with these, but the upper 8 3/8" 57 has a set of the Nill Retro Cokes. The lower gun a standard set of S&W Cokes... The Nills feel great and are beautifully finished... Bob

"are they worth it?"
always a subjective sort of thing for any grip(s), isn't it?
do they fit your hand/help you control the firearm - if yes, you are a "go" at this station..
otherwise...

This pair is a RB to SB N-frame conversion pair that Nill used to call "Retro Target" or "Coke" style. Not a direct S&W Coke Bottle copy, but very attractive. If I recall, they were $225.00 about 20 years ago. Not cheap, and took forever to deliver. The checkering and fit with Nill is near custom grade, but you pay for it. Comfortable stocks. God Bless, Marc

I saved those grips in case I ever found a 5" Model 625, but have never run across one at a price I thought was good.
