I just picked up my S&W 632 Ultimate Carry .32 H&R Mag from my friendly neighborhood pusher! Love the way it looks and feels. The factory trigger pull is acceptable. I do have one issue with it that I don’t know how I missed it at the shop and that is the front sight. The tritium in the XS sight does not glow at all. The fiber optic around it does glow when hit by light. There is a reddish smear inside the sight at the 9-11 o’clock side. I called S&W and the gentleman I spoke with was very helpful. They asked if I wanted to send the gun to them so they could fix it or they could send the sight to me and I could replace it myself. Guess which one I chose?

You might check if it affects any warranty.

On my sig 365, the front and left rear nightsights were dim. The right rear was dead. I called Sig. They asked that I email a picture. I did. They said that they'd replace them at no cost even though a few months past the warranty period. They asked if I wanted to just ship the slide or have them send new sights. I said just new sights first; but then read on the sig forum that they'll inspect everything if you ship the slide and restart the warranty; but not if you just get new sights shipped to you. So I shipped the slide and had it back pretty quickly. Great customer service.
