Anyone have one of those? They claim it shoots a 700gr "pellet" at 780fps.

I bought their 30 cal break barrel rifle since I didn't have to worry about air pressure etc. It's been fun, but it's actually pretty loud for what it is. The pellets for it are fairly expensive too compared to just shooting a 22lr. hatsanairgunsusa.com/product/mod-130s-qe/I picked mine up on Amazon for less than $150 so it might be an older model, but I couldn't see myself paying more for it after experiencing it.

Air guns designs are changing and improving per performance FAST. With an interest in an Iguana hunt, I've been trying to catch up. My best friend for some early years was a Crosman 760, back when they had wood. Pyramid Air, is an hour away from me and some things bought there. Seem good folks.

There is a guy named Allen Zasadny who lives in Idaho now who does outstanding air rifle builds and modifications. He has customized a couple of rifles for me, one is my most accurate rifle period, and is extremely quiet. If I was getting into big bore air rifles the first thing I’d do is have him add a suppressor and trigger job.

These large bore air guns remind of the ones that Merriweather and Lewis packed across the country. Wonder if any survived, came back east.

The only person killed on the Lewis and Clark expedition by a gun was accidentally shot with that air rifle.

Pinstripe and hotrod impressario Von Dutch spent a good deal of time designing and building interesting large bore air rifles. I find reading anything about him.is usually interesting. We had an industrial electrician that vacationed in Puerto Rico specifically to air rifle hunt iguanas. They get HUGE down there. I'm not sure what brand his rifle was, but he spared no expense. He had videos from his scope that was also a camera and I believe he spent several grand on just that scope.
