If a hammer is all you need,, I'm assuming you have a broken one? There are a few differences in the height. I'll see if I can find a picture of the different hammers. If you are trying to re-convert an OM,, then you need a few more parts. Or as we refer to them, a Set" of OM parts. From the left,, the Blackhawk hammers are the 3rd & 4th ones.

That's a great picture, any chance someone can put names to them. I picked out the Blackhawks but have no clue on the others.

Hawkeye, Super BH, LG Blackhawk, Blackhawk, Single Six, SuperSingleSix, Bearcat.
Finer points of interest… Some might mistake the First hammer an Old Army, and while the nose looks correct, the notches is what gives it away. The OA has the same Boss notches as all the rest. The interesting notch on the Hawkeye hammer, to accommodate the swinging Flat cylinder loading of the Hawkeye. The OA/ Hawkeye hammer nose”s are actually quite different when compared side by side.
LG Blackhawk is for 30C, 41, 44(LG frame flattop) 45. Keeping in mind the 44 flattop was Large and replaced by the Super Blackhawk along with its unique hammer. Blackhawk is 357 flattop (medium frame) and medium cylinder frame 357 Blackhawk.
Single Six = 2.035 to 2.060” Super Single Six, shorter for adj. sight = 1.945 to 1.965"

Harvey has named them for me.
That picture was one put forth long ago by a good friend,, Bob,, aka "weaselmeatgravy!"
I guess I should update it a bit by adding an Old Army hammer & re-doing the picture.
I just got reminded,, I made a mistake on who put forth that picture. It wasn't Carl,, it was Bob. And Bob is still with us! My mistake!
