.
7½ inch barrel 44 Special Ruger Bisley Flattop ?
A local gun dealer who has been among the first to have the various 44 Special Rugers tells me that he has some 7½ inch barrel 44 Special Ruger Bisley Flattops on the way.
Has anyone heard about this version being offered ?

Has anyone heard about this version being offered ? RUGER MADE 100 OF THEM SERIAL NUMBERED SH25-001 TO SH25-100 FOR THE SHOOTISTS 25th ANNIVERSARY AND WE HAVE BEEN RECEIVING THEM THE PAST FEW WEEKS. RUGER MIS-MARKED THE FIRST 92 WITH THE WRONG SERIAL NUMBERS SO I ASSUME LIPSEY'S WILL HAVE THESE FOR SALE TO THE PUBLIC. .

Yes, they are a "over run/goof" that occurred during production of the 100 Shootist .44 Specials, which are the same guns but have their own special serial number range, have a high polish finish and were engraved at Baron's. Carl Oops, JT beat me to it.....

It will be interesting to see how these are valued over time. I'd sure like one.
