Not standard for sure. I have no clue if they offered high-grade options.

Nope. I don't think the Rugers have cheek pieces. That's to start.

She's nice. Looks to be one solid slab used for the stock and forearm. The leather pad is nice. Nothing about that says factory to me. Even the stock dimensions. I like it.

Good leather pad is $600 But the sling mount stands proud……like no radius on the barrel side Or just too small a picture on my phone.

No, that's not factory wood. I've only had five, currently own a pair of Ruger Number One rifles. Some have been built with excellent quality wood, but the contours of the fore end and buttstock don't look factory to me.
There's a cheekpiece on the buttstock, and the forearm looks quite slender. It's a mighty fine looking rifle, but I believe it has been re-stocked with high quality walnut.
Regards, Guy

WELL: i t sure is pretty, not factory I'd guess but it is nice. I have one which i am not sure it was not made from an old fence post, So the plan was to take the wood from my 218 Mashburn Bee and be very nice to it in the new wood with cheek piece and all. It's doing a 7160 at 2932 fps and giving some times touching 1 inch at 200 yards even with these 92 year old eyes and it looks as if there may be possible growth. Pressures must be in the 50k range, but i'm still getting lots of case life. (I still have an unopened pack of 218 bee)... Well the point of all this rant is the medics this week have giving me a bday gift of what the results of the hit and run driver left me with as I was walking across a parking lot. There are a group of 3 tendons which go over the my right shoulder, two are completely severed and the third was badly damaged. It looks as if I have to now learn to shoot lefty after 75+ years of right hand stuff. Of well at least my left eye is dominate. I do not think it would be a good idea to subject that right shoulder too the 300 Win mag ,338 Win mag or the 45-70.. Have a nice day Don K
