Lyman 358156

[GSSP]

About 40 years back I would cast up water cooled WW bullets with the Lyman 358156 mold. I'd use them in both 38 Special and 357 Mag cases in a S&W M28, 6".  Very good accuracy with, IIRC, Alliant (Hercules?) 2400.  Even took a mule deer with the combination.  Are molds made today the same as 40 yrs ago?

That’s because it doesn’t appear to be listed. Miha must be out of stock. I would send him an email.

It's kind of a bummer that it's so expensive to have a 4 cavity Ideal mould converted to HP. At least I still have a number of single cavity Ideals to work with.

What mold number is that? May be available elsewhere…..

The name on the blocks is: MP 360-156
It is only at MP molds as that’s the only one I gave it to with the Cramer HP system. It comes in plain base or gas check. You might find a pre owned here or elsewhere.
