This issue has been resolved for a while now. It was about a ten-day turnaround with Microtech Welding and that includes round trip shipping from Alaska. I have to give a big shoutout to their service. The weld fill was so close that I was able to chuck the cylinder in my lathe and it only required .004” off the diameter and .003” off the length to clean up. I didn’t bother to do anything to the face where the ratchet pushes and you can’t even tell in operation. Here’s a before and after: imgur.com/LmWI8Bcimgur.com/zVtysYz

Interesting story. Thanks for posting. Couple questions- The camfer on the chambers doesn’t look factory, or is it? Do you have any idea how that happened? Thanks
