Back in the early 80’s i had an 8-3/8 smith 57, was a tack driver. Foolishly let it go. Then about 2010 or so, i bought a blackhawk 41, sent it to JRH, action job, BM pin, 4-5/8 octagon barrel, new front sight with replaceable blades, bowen rear, then had it hard chromed. Really love that 41. Joe you need to post a pic of that gun, it sounds like a beaut!! I’m considering something similar but 5.5” with long ERH, on an OMSBH I have, may make it a 5 shot. Trapr

My only complaint with the 41 is that I found it late in my life but then again it was natural progression....

Cell phone pictureis too large to upload, anyone k ow how to shrink file size? Depends... On Android you can crop pics with the viewer and it'll reduce file size, also lowering the camera resolution of the pic you want to take for upload will lower the file size. Some "apps" may be able to save / change quality of pix already taken. I have no idea how an Iphone works. Other than that on a PC (and probably a mac) you can open the pic with whatever graphics program you use, crop it and when saving reduce the file quality. Sorry I can't recommend applications my PC runs Linux so if you run it the Pinta application can easily drop file size by lowering the quality, and cropping before saving. There are also some online pic editing options you could look into.

If you run a Windows PC download a copy of Faststone Image Viewer. This is a free and neat little photo editing tool that will let you resize, crop, and do quite a bit of alterations.

As Randy said, the name calling on that thread is hilarious. Somebody got called a retard. There's a couple pics of a Savage 99 in 41 mag.
