This is one I remember from my dad's subscription of the time, it's got a Fitz-looking Colt on the cover. Guns is putting up old issues of the magazine on their website, looks like they'll be a while getting to this one.
I've found them on ebay, will keep looking there and elsewhere, but not for $20 plus shipping any time soon.
