Finally able to buy Brass from Starline ($118/500) and Ammo from Steinel ($39/50) going to get theses gals running. Original Ammo 85-88gr Steinel Ammo 110gr loaded in Starline Bear Creek Bullets offers a 86RN, sized in .310, ($40/500) and is coated in their special coating, Bear Creek Supply bullets (BCS) undergo a very unique coating application process that allows lead bullets to perform to their full potential. This coating is a strong, high-temperature polymer containing a mix of proprietary lubricants that is permanently bonded to the bullet and is not a simple tumble-on dry powder coating like that which is utilized for jacketed rifle bullet use. Because of the unique properties that makeup our coating, BCS bullets have the lowest bullet-to-bore friction of any projectiles available on the market today. This coating creates a hard shell that is chemically and physically bonded to the bullet and because of this, lead never touches the bore, it gets rid of human contact with lead during the loading process, and it eliminates leading in the barrel of the gun so the need for bore cleaning is practically gone.Has anybody had experience with Bear Creek Supply and this coating?FWIW: Original ammo was 85-88gr. I have Brass and Ammo in hand.

I've shot thousands of their .45 230 Gr Rn bullets. They used to be real inexpensive and I liked them a lot. I have since been casting all my own, but I'd use them again in a second.
I'd sure love to have one of those French pistols, enjoy them!

These were left to me by my good friend who passed in 2019 and they have been just sitting in my safe. I’m not much of a pistol enthusiast but am looking forward to see how they shoot.
Finding bullets for these has been a challenge and there is nothing out there in the factory original form. Going to give these a spin.
If anybody know about these, PLEASE comment.

Parts are about impossible to get. A guy asked me to find a slide lock lever for his. (the model with the straight grip straps) Found a guy in France who had one, but he is not allowed to sell outside France. Nothing that I could find in the USA. I hear that no parts are interchangeable between models, not even the magazines! I'm not a pro, so there may be a source I don't know about, but I tried Jack First, Bob's Gun Shop, Numrich and Sarco with no luck. The pistols seem to be well made. The safety could have been better designed, though. olgeorge
