This is the other 44 flat top that headed this way from last Sunday's fun. One of the kind of hard to find 7 1/2" barrel guns. I really like the honest wear and the factory grips. Supposedly there is only one or two variations of all the flat tops that are less common than this barrel length in this caliber.

Nice! Yup, those 7-1/2" .44's are my favorites! The 10" examples are a wee bit scarcer and then there are some really odd examples that are darn near impossible to find. Examples include a 15" barreled .44, .44 Flattops with non-fluted cylinders and a small batch of guns that were shipped with XR3-RED grip frames. (Interestingly enough, myself and another prominent collector each have consecutive numbered pairs of the XR3-RED versions!) Carl
