Earlier this week I picked up a Chiappia Wildlands in 44 mag adding to my existing Italians of Uberti 1873 32-20 Lion Hunter and a 1885 Cimarron 38-55. The Cimarron by far has the prettiest of woods, but the case coloring I thought just looked nice between all three.

Re: the Chiappia Wildlands - is the forend properly attached or does it move around? Recently bought a Chiappia Wildlands - have been sidetracked recently but was working with suppressor scope (for accy testing). . . The suppressor is modular (short and long version) - shown with long version. .

Re: the Chiappia Wildlands - is the forend properly attached or does it move around? Recently bought a Chiappia Wildlands - have been sidetracked recently but was working with suppressor scope (for accy testing). You'll have to share with me your findings, though, I won't be shooting it with a suppressor or a scope. I'm going to be trying some both jacketed and cast between 240-300gr. As far as the forend moving, yes ever so slightly to notice it. I was thinking about putting a shim in to hold it in place. Slightly disappointed with that for the price that was paid.
