For mild target loads I like W231, for mid to high level loads (where I run these most if the time) Power Pistol has become my favorite, and for max level loads AA9 has been the best when I want to redline loads.
I DO NOT use mag primers in the 327 for any powder, much lower velo deviations and more accurate, the narrow case and light powder charges just don’t need the hot primers even with H110.
YMMV

WST is a good powder if you're just ringing steel or shooting field lions, Longshot is always a winner if you're really mad at something & Fermin's 135 gr cruise missile is great with a hefty charge of H110 if you really need to light the switch on the 327. In Brian Pearce's excellent article on the 327 he stated that he was getting better results just using standard primers instead of magnum primers. I don't think I've ever used a magnum cap in several years of shooting heavy loads in my 327's.

How much Power Pistol? I was looking at load data and Ramshot Enforcer got top velocities 14,000 PSI lower pressure than H-110

I just bought 4 pounds of PP Handloader feb 2015 issue 294 had one of Mr Pearce’s typically outstanding articles on loading the 327 for the Ruger S7 revolvers. I have a scanned copy of the article I keep on my phone. Gunblast had this article from when the 327 was in infancy. Some of the loads are a bit warm in my experience. gunblast.com/Freedom-Harton327.htm

Any issues or drawbacks to using H110? I've got a lot of it and have no intention to download the 327.

For cast bullets from 90-135 grains have been using AAC-7 and -9. The only jacketed bullet I've been using is the 85 grain Hornady XTP...they run with H110...getting 2100 fps from a 12" TC Contender barrel. I use Small Rifle primers as most of my .327s are top-end loads. gunblast.com/Freedom-Harton327.htm

AA9 for heavy loads and 231 for light loads. Longshot also for med to hot loads. H110 for destroyer level loads.
