Still like my RCBS one. Chuck it in a battery drill and have at it. Faster and easier on your hand then the model discussed here expecially when you have a lot of cases to do. Actually one doesn't need this unless he has a precision rifle, is a precision shooter, and shoots competition. Just my opinion.

It's probably dedicated to rifle brass. It would not need to get any closer for most cases I can think of.
The "cone" would not touch the base of the case - it centers the rod at the case mouth.
