Should I size powder coated lead bullets before or after coating?

I always size after coating them. I try not to contaminate the bullets with anything that might negatively impact the powdercoat adhering.

Markbo, if you size before powder coating there's a pretty good chance you'll have to do it again after powder coating. It doesn't go on real even & adds some diameter to your bullets so just do it in one pass by just sizing after you have coated them. One thing you can do is try it both ways but most likely you will end up sizing twice if you size & then powder coat. Don't forget when powder coating to knock off any excess paint by bouncing them up & down a few times before baking, they can have quite a bit of excess on them.
