Being an old-time practical pistol shooter, we've relied on W231/HP38 for many years for many handgun cartridges. It's not the "best" for everything but will do for most handgun rounds, short of magnum performance. Have always kept a bunch of it around (last bought a LOT back in 2018) and that has kept us shooting thru this, and past, "shortages" quite comfortably. Simplifying the # of powders on hand has proven to be a good plan over time and this is not the first time we've seen this movie and kept on shooting without worrying about powder supplies.

I used Titegroup for all my competition loads, 9,38Super, 40, and 45, prior to TG I used Universal Clays.
