I've enjoyed this Pro Series 627 with no more than a spring kit and a front sight change. Apex sent me a 15% off code. I figured it was a sign that I needed a new hammer. Pictures below. More when the hammer arrives and is installed.

...THAT is going to be interesting...
Have used a lot of Trigger Return Springs and finally settled on the 13#. If one does a lot of polishing of the interior of the side plate and frame and judicious polishing of the internals one can probably use a 12# but in shooting 12s for a while I beat the trigger to the pull too many times and skipped a chamber...
...and a very very nice looking gun. Only wish that S&W would smarten up and ditch "The Hole"...
