IN 1970, WHILE IN THE ARMY, STATIONED NEAR WARRENTON, VIGINIA, I WENT INTO A GUN STORE, THEY HAD A NAZI MARKED BROWNING HP, IN GOOD SHAPE, FOR SALE FOR $90.00, COULD'a, SHUD'a BUT DIDN'T. 10-20 YEARS LATER A PICKED UP A MODERN COMMERCIAL BROWNING HP AS PART OF A CRIMMINAL FEE, BUT AS MOST SEMI-AUTO's IN MY GUN ACCUMULATION, IT HAS GOTTEN VERY LITTLE USE, BUT IT IS COMFORTING TO ME TO KNOW THAT I OWN ONE.

Have owned a BHP since early 1980’s always liked them and bought the first one I found when I had the money for one, big Houston gun show at the old Astrohall. It was my javelina and coyote gun when i first started handgun hunting.
