Gonna be trying the powder coat route. I always cast outside, how about powder coating inside ? Any fumes or smells that would pollute the house? Thanks

I've always done it by an open shed door with a small fan blowing any fumes away from me. I've also been in a couple of powder coat shops and every thing in the building has powder residue on it even with a good ventilation system. I don't think I'd want it in my house.

It causes no grief in my house. Powder coating shops have that residue on everything because they power spray the parts while the rack is electrically charged. Over spray goes everywhere if it is beyond the static charge distance.
I dump a table spoon of powder in the Tupperware bin, shake, and bake. I would’t hesitate to do it in the kitchen of the house. There might be a little spillage of powder here and there but it sweeps or vacuums right up and isn’t toxic at all.
I normally do it my attached garage and I don’t notice any smell in there at all when I’m baking bullets…
YMMV

I wouldn't mind doing my coating in the house. But I actually do it in an old house I use as a cleaning, casting, and PCing space.

I bought a separate large toaster oven for my powder coating and do it in the garage. I couldnt tell you facts, but Id rather not take the chance around my food.
