Only a few more days of turkey season left, but I've had fun with my new gun regardless of no feathers. Thought some of you might appreciate this one. On Target Tech 10" 5mm/5mm Contender For the last few years I've been wanting a single six/bearcat/ (or ??) in 5mm. No idea of where to start though. Ideas of a single six 17 hmr would probably be the easiest and most cost effective. Just ream the cylinder and add a barrel. I dont know if you could cut one of the old octagon contender barrels and make it work or not. Any ideas gentlemen? Also recently got back my ULA rebarreled by Douglas in 6.5x47 Lapua.

Couple of really nice guns there Joe. That stock finish is amazing the way it changes color in the light. I still think you need to send me that 7mm-08. ;D

A 17HMR2 on a Bearcat would be COOL!

I assume that TC is using the CF/RF firing pin switch to swap barrels? I like it! The 17HMR is just so danged LOUD!.... The M2 won't be as loud but I'd think it would be louder than the parent 22 LR.. I do like that ULA... Recently asked Gary Reeder about rebarreling my Wichita 308 to something that fits my shooting better like a 6mm BR... Got to find a stock maker.. Stuff like this will inspire me to get moving...
