Shot this one cruising the main trail through my hardwoods on the 19th at 9:15 AM. Shot was 40 yards from my handy dandy T/C Contender 18" carbine in 7-30 Waters. Factory Federal 120 gr Flatnose Nosler. 8 point, 144 lbs. Shot through both shoulders but he still ran 50 yards before rolling to a stop. youtu.be/6Zk3Ok1QsS0?si=H-SK-peVwLSLWHLJ

Yummy! But that one has proven itself tough to take a double shoulder hit and go that far! Hope the meat is more tender than its will.
