I have 2 very early .38 versions that I really like, but someone could gift me that one if they like. Do your 38s shoot low? I have first year production 38 as well that shoots every thing but heavy bullet , high pressure loads pretty low. I don't remember. Both guns have been customized from an early date, and both were fitted with custom undercut patridge front sights of the perfect height to accomodate my load using 158 gr. swc bullets. The undercut sights were to enhance the sight picture, but I just don't remember if there was also a height deficiency that also needed corrected. It's been about 38- 40 years! |

One piece barrel, available in 327 Federal. They have been made in 32 Magnum in the past. Oh, I knew the standard SP101 came in .32 - I've got two three inch models. I was talking about the Match Champion configuration. |
