I found this gem at an auction and nobody but me seemed to know what it is. I saw that front sight and then it was a flat top and then it was a .45 Colt and it was off to the races. I'm a little ashamed but only a little. Convinced this is an older Bowen build as the finish work is extraordinary and the case colors are that perfect subtle blues and reds. I'm thinking Forkin vintage. Guess I could find out but it really doesn't matter. The grips are some plastic things that are easily replaced. Anyhow, I'm glad it's here as it's a nice one...    |

VERY FEW "new" guns turn my head these days. I have what I need, plus some I want, but THAT, Sir, is a BEAUTY!
Something like that could make me rethink my current choice of a single-action and its chambers, and that's not something I'd ever have thought possible.
