I’m pretty sure that gun came with a plow grip frame. The NM rimfires with the fixed sights in that configuration are hard to find. I missed one recently….
Is anyone sure they made a Bisley in that configuration? Remember, it’s a NM…..

89 dollars on Ebay. Maker unknown. Carving is deep and sharp, soft lining. The strap is a little dry (cracking) but I minked it all when it got here. The bisley hammer makes strap snapping hard, might have to figure something out. Same holster maker? Also unnamed. Been trying to I.D. for years, no luck.

Kelye sent me a package. Thankfully it wasn't like my stainless one, slipped right in.

Drying* Sunshine is fine. * Oven or high artificial heat verboten. * Leather treatment important. David Bradshaw

Consider taking the strap off of holster and putting a hammer thong on ?

Bula it has made it over the hammer, we'll see if it holds. I like the snap more so than the thong. Thank you Mr. Bradshaw.

Cool gun. If it were mine, I'd have to mail the cylinder to Bowen and have him chamfer it.

Never liked chamfered cylinders,so I think it looks good as is.
I have a buscadero rig like yours. Made by Esteban Guerra Co. of Sonora, Mexico. They were imported cheap and usually just marked somewhere with Mexico as the only marking.
The pattern stamped on it is a copy from a Lawrence. They offered four patterns, including a close one of the famous hummingbird bird pattern I have not been able to find yet. For a holster that sold as cheaply as they offered them, they are surprisingly well made.
Feel the leather closely. While they were marketed through the various sellers as "premium leather", most were thin horse hide, rather than cow leather. There's usually a heavy paper layer stitched between the thinner inner and outer layers of leather, with a thicker cardboard paper stiffening the back.
The biggest issue with these holsters is the flax thread they were sewn with dry rots. I have a Buscadero and a 120 pattern apart now, both due to this. It's not a big deal to restitch, but the oiled paper is hard to find before putting it back together.

Awesome knowledge sir. I'll dig into it a little with a magnifying glass. The dry rot isn't present at the moment, if it exists here. Thanks Wayne.

Awesome Single Six, and holster. Thank you for sharing both. I'm a big fan of the Single Six and have had one almost continuously for 20 years.
