I got a set for the GP-100 & Super Redhawk but feel like I'm searching for hens teeth on the Redhawk.

Holly Cow. Been looking on Ebay and GB for 5 months and jumped on GB during my break and scored some with a buy now option. Good things come to those who wait.
JFO4, After I bought mine I continued looking at my search results for another pair with no luck.
If I don't like them, I pass them onto you. PM me your contact info. G.

I have a set of the Uncle Mike’s grips for the square butt Redhawk. They were too big for my hand and seemed to be made of some pretty hard plastic. I went with Pachmayr grippers, they fit my hand great and help with abusive recoil from top end loads.

If you've never tried a set,, you may or may not like the Uncle Mikes. A LOT depends upon YOUR hand size & how a gun fits YOUR hand.
That said,, MANY people have found the Uncle Mikes to be a very good fit for their hands.
A properly fitted gun/grip combo makes a big difference when shooting. It's harder to do a repeatable trigger control if the gun doesn't fit your hands. And trigger control is paramount to accurate shooting.
