 Well this came home with me today. Been looking for a new gun and this won. It was between this and the 686. But been on a Ruger kick lately. I have to admit the trigger was slightly cleaner and lighter on the 686. But the Ruger felt better in hand. Going to put a Burris 2x scope and a wiegtinny rail on it and have some fun! This one came with a hogue grip, but I held a short barreled one with the grip inserts and liked it better. So I may try to locate a new insert grip for it also. |

Those are good, solid guns. Good choice!!!!!!
The factory grips with the grip insert fit many hands. I've found I prefer the Match Champion grip for my GP's.

Excellent choice. I have a 5" version that I don't shoot enough. It goes to the woods here in the East and will be with me if/when the SHTF.
The Hogue grips fit me the best but, I too, would like to try the factory with inserts.

If you didn't know already, any grips that fit the Super Redhawk, will fit your GP100
