Just wanted to let you guys that bought lavender buds and fire starter bundles last year that it is getting close to harvest time again. Cleaned and dried buds will be $20 per pound just like last year and the fire starter bundles will stay at $.75 per bundle. Like last year, these prices do NOT include shipping which I do the cheapest way I can find. This is a $7.00 per pound discount for the members here compared to what I sell them for locally. I actually still have a couple of pounds of cleaned buds in freezer bags that I held back for a customer last year that had to back out if a person wanted to get a jump on this years harvest and get these sent now. If you are interested just shoot me a PM with the amount you want and I will start building the list for this years harvest. Thanks, Robb

Have most of the bushes harvested and the bundles are drying rapidly. Should have dried buds ready next week along with the fire starter bundles. There are still a few uncut bushes if anyone wants cut bundles with buds, stems and leaves. These are $3 per bundle which are about a quarter size in diameter at the rubber band. Buds for members are $20 per pound and fire starter bundles are $.75 per bundle. Shipping will be added at the cheapest rate possible.
Let the wives know!
Thank you,
Robb

Last time she got just the flower petals in a zip lock bag… that works the best for her stitchery, if that’s possible again???

Sounds like she got a bag of cleaned lavender buds. Those are available at $20/lb plus shipping. Just let me know how much she wants and refresh the address and I’ll get them headed your way.

Booming here in north Idaho. My wife has a bowl of H2O filled with them. Have you ever used them in cooking?

I’ve had lavender flavored drinks and baked goods in the past. Many folks don’t realize lavender is a food grade plant and as far as I know, all lavender can be used in cooking.

What all does one do with them?
How do you use the fire starter bundles-yeah, I know-to light a fire, but does it add a smell that is desired?
Sorry for my ignorance!

The fire starter bundles go smell good but the main thing is it has a high oils content and ignites very easily.
