Picked Up a Pretty Neat Rifle

I saw this a couple of weeks ago at one of my LGS's. I went back a week later to look again, they offered to knock $200 off of the price ($2600 OTD). It is chambered in a round I have always wanted to own. Unknown maker externally. The maker's name was found upon disassembly.

didn’t/ don’t know anything about Dale W. Goens, but a have been reading about him for the past 2 hours (google search) He was the real deal.

Have a CZ in that caliber for my daughter stock reworked by Lon Paul
Even have a full stock single shot 4lb 11 Oz without scope. One of my favorites
The execution is wonderful on that one. Really very nice.
