32 ACP in my 32 revolvers

People look at me bug eyed when I tell them that 32 ACP fires and extracts in the newest Charter Arms 32 revolvers. I hold a straight edge along the side of the case to show them why. Like the 38 Super, the 32 ACP is a semi rimmed cartridge.

I have done it several times. Works just fine.

I have one 32 revolver that ACP will NOT work in. Don't remember for sure which one it is. Obviously those chambers are cut a smidgen bigger. These little Charter Arms 32s like the ACP..

I have a couple 32ACP boxes sitting around, I love shooting them in my single six 32H&R, they work great and are perfect for just popping some shots off and fairly quiet as well.

When I first bought my SSM, and Federal was the only supplier of .32 H&R cartridges, I shot a ton of .32 ACP through it. It was dirt cheap because dealers wanted to get it off their shelves. The Federal 32 H&R brass was prone to longitudinal splitting so I tried to avoid it. Thank God for Starline.

I suggest you hit starlinebrass.com for .32 ACP (auto) while they have it. I just got my order in. 

It also shoots great in my Colt 1903 and my Browning 1910.  I'm not much of a bottom-feeder guy, but these 2 autos fit my hand like a glove.  And the .32 auto is one more great iteration of the (7) .32 calibers:  ACP, S&W, S&W long, H&Rmag, FedMag, 32-20, 30-20. 
Looking at that list, how can anyone not love this caliber ?
