Crossed over to the silver side.

Well I finally did it, I crossed over to the silver side. I had passed my 5 1/2 Colt SAA that is engraved down to my son so I could enjoy him enjoying it pre will rather than post will. That left a hole in my Colt collection as far as barrel lengths so I needed another 5 1/2" to fill the spot. I also didnt have a medium bore so I made it a 357, and also none of my SAA's were nickel so I went for it. It's still not stainless but I'm on my way there. I'm going to make a set of walnut grips for it as I like walnut on nickel best.

I went with ruger NV's for my custom 41mags this time .. easier to clean and harder to rust,

My first gun was a nickle Python and it still looks good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
