I've followed this thread for a while but since I don't have any of the gunfighter grips nor am I aware that I've ever seen them, couldn't offer insight or opinion. I have wondered if the steers head did offer the same function as a palm swell (funtional as opposed to a complicated decoration) but I don't have any of those either. Do grips with a palm swell or steers head always have a symetrical shape (swells on both sides)? Are there distinct right and left hand sets?
