I enjoy studying history.   To me, firearms define the history of the 1800's
But the Colt Brand is HISTORY; that is hard to ignore. When folks said, "God didn't make us equal, Samuel Colt did"; the legend was born.

It's easy to understand why so many just say "Show me your Colts".  The moat around their Brand is wide enough to float Colt through bad products and poor decisions.

But, do agree that is exactly what Colt Management thought too...
