I stumbled upon this listing on Facebook Marketplace for an old workshop for rent. Not many world renowned gun makers from Spokane besides the great Al Biesen. Pretty cool to see the inside of his shop. Managed to find the Zillow listing for the house, it sold earlier this year, a lot more pictures of the shop on the Zillow listing. Crazy to think about the level of work that was done in this basement.
Anyone own any of Al Biesen's work?

Looking at the wood and stocks in the rafters of the shop, would make for an enjoyable afternoon.

Al Biesen is the first thing that came to mind when I saw the pre 64 Super Grade 370 laying on the counter at the shop last week.

The rifle is beautiful but SPOKANE WN? I wonder why he didn't go with the standard abbreviation for Washington which is WA?

The shop pictures made me sad, on a couple levels. Such huge parts of our lives come down to just being a pile of stuff.
