Already got it man. Single six Bisley with fat back for Bisley Backstrap and one with out for conventional plow handle. Also the same with a .440 wide Super blackhawk spur for both Bisley and conventional as well. will be released by the end of the month. R PS: Been Busy. When Ronnie showed me his Single Six 38 it reminded me of this Horvath 32 sitting in my safe. Ronnie's is just a little more involved than this build! It wears a Fermin/RW rear sight blade and I've got an RW Bisley hammer on order for it.  |

Well Fellas there comes a time in everymans life where he actually feels satisfied with a particular acomplishment. And that time has been many for me but im not sure they have compared to the way i feel RIGHT NOW! Maybe its just my age or maybe this particular 5 shot single six or Single 5 i should say just makes me need some alone time. But dog gonit i am just happier than a seagull with a french fry today. As usuall we are going thru the 7 operations for each individuall hammer that we are making and there is a lot of machine waiting time. So A close personall freind of mine back at the holiday ( Matt Peake) loved a certain single six that i had and i told him i would build him one. He got one for Christmas and sent it to me bowt the end of december. It timed out very well because i needed one to finish my setup for converting rim to center fire and it would be the first that was not an experiment. Hahaha. As i stated earlier i made a couple of 10mm and 40 cals but not the 38 special. Also i have completed my R & D for the S&W barrels for me and Bobbys Next project. He wanted to just do some round barrels on the next project until he saw the S&W .It is just plain ole Elegant and points so naturally. It Also timed out well because i have been having heck with my Hammer bluing not coming out right the way i wanted it to. Come to find out after wasting a hundred pounds or so that my Bluing salt was miss labeled and i have benn cooking the crap out of it, Ruining each batch of salts. One runs at 254 F and the other at 292F. I was supposed to have the later but what i actually had was the first and it was a mess and my hammers were turning out purple on the second batch of each mix. If i wanted purpleing i wouldnt have ordered bluing. We gotter straight now and i just finished the First batch of the course spurs for shipping this week. while i was at it i blued Matts Single 5. And i now must have one. Any body got an extra single six out ther they dont need? Hahaha. I am not kidding you guys this Mammy is just Bitchin. It shoots like a dream to. we just tried everything we had and i have a lot of 38 stuff. Let me show you. This was the beginning or mock up stage. Deciding what grip frame to go with and i had an extra Keith 5 Bisley trigger guard.  I got half way thru it and changed my mind on the cylinder so the following pics will show a semi inclosed case head type cylinder after the next post The lower pic is the other side with the original cylinder.  Im gonna break this up a bit so replies wont be so massive. |

Ive had a lot of people ask me where did i get all the SW barrels and i told them i didnt.I made em from raw stock like this.  Or this.  |

Put a nice number 6 sight on the rear and just copied the shape of the SW for the front.  The front shape can be changed via 2 set screws on each side of the blade.  |

Nother shot of the Barrel Shape.  Pretty Sexy huh? Whata ya think Guys? I have a OM single six of Dr Worrells in here right now and im fixin to get all Pimpy with it. We might be changing our plan once he sees this cuz he dont mess around. He likes nice stuff. And i am just flat out in love with this revolver. Man it shoots and feels just perfect. Matt I cant wait for you to get this thing. Let me know were im sending it as soon as possible so this thing doesnt start rooting in to floor of my shop. hahaha. Ronnie |
