Like the grips. Could you please provide a link to the source for them?

Like the grips. Could you please provide a link to the source for them? They're made by Altamont and sold on Ebay. I don't have a link, but just search for Python 2020 Grips and they'll pop up. Excellent quality and fit...

I liked the way they fit my hand so well, I ordered a set for the S&W 29 that Jack is restoring for me. The only difference will be the emblem for S&W will be laser engraved as opposed to an inset medallion. Hope you like them as much as I do. Appreciate the info on the sight availability...

Well, after a very busy two weeks, I finally made it out to the bench today.
Groups with cast bullets was excellent. Generally running 1-1.5". Interestingly enough, the sights were dead on. This surprised me after changing them.
I also shot the King Cobra Target. This didn't go nearly as well as the Python.
I cannot shoot fiber optic sights. It's really sunny here and even with my covered shooting bench the glare is terrible.
The blinding red blob makes it impossible to see the black outline of the front sight. I'll be looking to change these out.
About 3" at 20 yards was the average of the bunch...

My 4.25 Python was shooting slightly high, after installing a Harrison Front Sight like yours it shoots dead on. Much better sight picture too!

Always a curiosity to me when exact same guns are so different. Barrel threads in the frame different? Barrels shaped slightly off center? Suppose there are multiple reasons this could happen. Will be glad when Harrison gets sights for the King Cobra. That fiber optic one sucks...

I was bottomed out on the rear sight when using 158 grain bullets - no problem with 125s. It was only a inch or so with the heavier bullets. Thinking seriously about getting a trigger job to bring down the single action pull. It’s not bad but my six inch blue Python (with Tyler Trigger Shoe) is noticeably better. Double action goes to the new one.

I took my Python to the range to sight-in... but I forgot to pack my screwdriver! I was really surprised that these SWC bullets fed like butter thru my Miroku/Winchester 73! Had no idea these would work! I had to aim at the black paster since it's shooting low now. Bullet: GT Bullets 155gr SWCDC .358 (Dual Crimp Groove) Powder: Alliant Herco 6.1 grs. Primer: Federal 100 Case: Starline .357 Magnum OAL: 1.572

What lovely things they are. There must be minds turned to mush in gun shops where they sit waiting under the glass.
