While we circle the 45 ACP Revolver it is time to rerun the Miculek and PC 625... Fun toys. Paid more for the Miculek NIB than I paid for the PC as NIB. Turned out the PC gun needed some shims to make the cylinder turn properly. Power Custom has shims and they are cheap. Sam problem in an older S&W could have been fixed with a "Crane Strecher." The newer guns do not allow this tool to be used. Swapped the trigger in the Miculek gun for a Power Custom trigger. PC gun didn't need it. My eyes don't like brass beads so front sights got changed on both. Interesting little differences in the stock guns... Easily modified.

Never became one with the Miculek grips. Will say that the more I fool with the guns, not just shooting, but reloading, I better understand the Miculek grip.

I ha e one of the 625 Model 1989 that I got from a pawn shop. Someone worked on it for sure. It's the best trigger on a double action that I own. It's scary accurate with 225gr truncated cone bullets and titegroup. I also tried the 45 auto rim cases and Taffins load of unique. Also a good load.

![]()  I purchased a 625-8 PC model when they were first available. I liked the revolve but the clown grips had to go. After trying several brands, I settled on these K.B. french walnut. |

Ive got a Miculek 625, very nice gun. Ive modified it somewhat for IDPA, DA only, bobbed and skeletonized hammer, DA trigger pull is just under 6lbs and very smooth! But I dont compete anymore....not sure what to do with the gun now???
