Hate I don't see evidence of D&T for a scope base...

My best friend has a Raging Bull with a vent rib like that. Not sure the ribs are the same dimensions as the Tracker, but he has a scope base for his, which mounts via three thin little bars that slip through the "vents" cross-wise and have a threaded hole in each end. Six screws, running vertically down through the base and into the threaded holes of the little plates negate the need for any D/T'ing on the gun at all.
I'll try to post a pic. I texted him to see if it came with the gun or was aftermarket. He's on vacation, So I'm not sure how long until I hear from him.
I do believe though, that Brownell's sells flt-based sticks of Weaver base. It would be easy to locate and mount such a thing on that flat rib. If you don't feel loke doing it yourself, shouldn't cost too much to have a 'smith D/T four holes.

Sure would help things if they'd D&T the top strap like S&W currently does. I've run those rib mounts on DWs and Colts. Don't care for them.

I have had three of these, all ran fine but accuracy wasn't very good on any of them. I ended up buying a S&W 647 that's a tack driver.

Especially on a gun like this. I can see omitting those extra holes (at extra cost) on most DAs, but this one is really meant to do more precise work.
I've never drilled a Taurus frame, but I'm sure it could be done. Back to the flat-bottomed Weaver base, but there's not a lot of flat area on that top strap.
I'm just stubborn enough that if that's what I wanted, I'd find a way to fit the bottom of some base or another to that top strap. If you could find one with the right radius. or just a tad tighter, you could file or mill the back part flat.
Hillbilly Alert!: Don't laugh, but I have added cross-slots to many aluminum Weaver bases with a good, clean, sharp carbide-tipped blade on my table-saw. Now, I'm not talking a table-top saw or a worn out old contractor's saw, and it IS set up precisely, so that helps. Where there's a will, there's a way, especially if your gunsmith gives up the business and you have nowhere to turn. Believe it or not, Weaver aluminum bases aren't all that precise anyway, but I've had excellent luck with them.
