Oddly, mother nature, the weather looks like it will be very nice. Rain ending Saturday morning and nice on thru the Holiday. Turned down a couple of invites to play in the hills. I've been diligent about not using vac days for the last month or so, upon learning a nephew and great niece want to come to Penn deer camp and hunt with me this year. Getting thru full 5 day weeks and yard work and the 2, 50 min drives to/from work are wearing on me. So a more quiet scheduling of events and fun this weekend. The many family members now gone, that spent time in uniform to remember. Hope to get the wife to practice with her SP101 32mag, I'll use my Bulldog as they fill same niches for us. Maybe I'll set up my hallway/doorway rig to practice for in house shooting. Would like to place just down into the woods, a new AR500 steel plate. Maybe I can get on that.

I generally shy away from the crows & such on most holidays. But I do enjoy my "home time" during these long weekends. We took the day off,, and Miss Penny puttered around the house,, and I worked on a few small projects at my range. Then, I sat down & cast some more bullets. Sadly,, tomorrow,, I'll be "out & about" a bit. We are helping our oldest move.
But this weekend is about remembering those who "gave it all! I do a lot of that.
