I hope ya'll understand what magical words those are,"going to camp" Do have a "camp" in your life ? My camp is 200+ acres in Elk County Penn, above the Clarion River. We are bordered on two sides by gamelands, across the river, to the north is the whole Alleghaney Nat'l Forest. Am waitng to buddy to pick me up, his turn to drive. On wood cutting detail this weekend to prepare for upcoming trout season. Am wearing the .44 Bulldog and a .22 and .357 Ruger S.A. are packed too. A Honda ATV and lots of beer completes the load-out. YAHOOEY ! steve b

In yrs past, have hosted gatherings of birdhunters and am putting together a gathering of tactical types for May. As I get more comfortable on this website, maybe I'll host a gathering of single-action fans to come out in play in the Penn woods. Its a rural setting, open carry on property no problem. steve b

This weekend should be great weather up there. Have fun! Let me know if you ever have that "Single Action" weekend. I'm not "that" far.

When I do, it'll be an open invite to all here. No picking and choosing. steve b

Am safely back home now. Got 3 very dirty but happy revolvers to clean. A worn out 12yr old Lab snoring away. Went shirtless while splitting and stacking firewood, in North Central Pa, in mid-March ! Amazing, and enjoyable. Can only hope for such good weather for the trout season opener in April. steve b

I know I'm new here, and folks are cautious on the errornet. At some point down the road, would like to host a camp out, wood walk shoot, kinda thing. My place can sleep under roof, a couple dozen, and 200+ acres can hide a lotta tents. steve b

I'll have to draft a nephew or neibhor kid. What I'm lacking is 'puter skills ! I'll work on it, its a good question, thanks. Our 200+ acres is bordered on two sides by state gamelands, across the Clarion river, to the north, is the whole 'Ghaney Forest. Spring fed streams and forest in every direction. Ya find Brookeville, Pa, on rt80, then go NNE to the Clarion River. I'll work on getting pics up. steve b
