I was going to get a picture on my barrel banded .500 for the nimrod thread, than decided on a group photo of my .500 Linebaughs. From top to bottom: Bowen, Dustin Linebaugh, John Linebaugh, John Linebaugh Supergrade

I especially like the 2nd one by Dustin but they are all great.

The Stainless one has been shot the most. The others have been shot a bit but really not much. Too many guns, not enough time:)

Love them all, does the super grade have a bit different grip or is just my eyes. It looks a tad longer and the have more room behind the trigger guard.

I'll let my kids know who gets first dibs at my estate sale Robb, I think you might have had it for a bit. I bought it from another fellow over on the 24 hour campfire. Can't remember who had it built originally though I;m pretty sure his name was Tom. He sold off a number of very nice customs over on the ruger forum at very nice prices. iwsbull, I don't think that the gripframe is longer I think it's just the angle of the photo. I'm pretty sure John had his mold modified so he could scoop out a bit more metal from behind the trigger guard to help protect your knuckle.

REALLY nice lineup. Picking a favorite would be very hard out of those. The stainless for every day work and the second for sunny Sunday afternoon outings. Those all are some VERY fine weapons!

Thanks! The stainless definitely gets used the most with the gun and grip finish being so easy to touch up if need be. Hard to pick my favorite out of the bunch, but it's certainly a life time supply!

Tom Casselman maybe. I got a few from him. He had the first Anaconda barreled Redhawk 45 I'd ever seen.

That Dustin Linebaugh gun just speaks to me, find a reasonable load for it and load ammo in buckets for it and spend the rest of your life trying to wear it out!
I generally prefer a adjustable sighted gun, mostly for the far superior sight picture. But with his rear sight insert in place it just really works well especially as my eye age some.
