Anyone here have experience with the Langdon tactical PX4 compact carry RDO? The only DA/SA auto I’ve ever owned was a SIG 239, which was amazingly accurate and concealable, but lacked mag capacity and red dot optic. I ended up giving that pistol to a lady going through a rough, but worth while divorce. My desires for a CCW pistol is reliability, ~15 round 9mm mag capacity, good DA/SA trigger, red dot optics. From what I’ve read…. DA and SA trigger are amazing. G model safety, which acts as a decocker only which I prefer. The PX4 is supposed to be reliable with sufficient mag capacity. With my case of old guy eye, I prefer red dot sights on my CCW pistols. I just can’t see the iron sights on anything less than 8 3/8 inch barrel, and those are hard to conceal:-) My hands are pretty small, and I can’t handle the double stack SIG P series, or Beretta 92. Any other options besides the Langdon Tactical PX4? langdontactical.com/px4-compact-carry-with-ltt-trigger-job/

I don't have the Langdon Tactical version but: I do have the full size version (which as best I can tell weighs pretty close to the compact). I installed the Langdon Tatical "Trigger Job in a Bag" and also converted to "deccocker only - no safety option". Mine is the Flat Dark Earth version - only reason I bought it was it was DEEPLY discounted. As you can see it has a slip on grip band. It is also equipped with TLR 8 light/green laser. Mine isn't set up for a dot sight. Never had a reliability problem and the "trigger Job in a bag" is nice but I wouldn't call it amazing. My understanding is the "trigger job in a bag" is the same as that on their custom guns. Based on your "small hands" comment, I definitely handle one before purch if at all possible. Also, they are a bit different shape wise and on the heavy side for concealed carry (at least in my mind). . FWIW, Paul

Not that it makes any difference, but my gun is the COMPACT version, not the full size.
