So, what did you do to it in addition to the grip frame?

That's it other than switching the ejector rod to New Vaquero rod and tuning the trigger spring to 3# with a bit of dry firing with a tad of pressure forward on the hammer to smooth it up a few times also. I just really like the black checkered New Vaquero grips and XR3 frame on stainless single sixes. I was gonna have Hamilton go through it and do the sights and action right with a Bisley hammer and cylinder chamfer, but part of what I wanted was too much non catalog work right now, possibly ever, so I'm doin an adjustable sight .32 instead.
