New H&R 999 I just picked up. Supposed to be the same age as me (1954) but I haven't confirmed the serial number (P prefix). Pretty decent shape, has been used but not abused. I prefer this grip shape over the earlier ones that look like a club. Shoots fine (100 rounds through it yesterday) but it is a little fussy about the ammo. Likes standard Federal bulk box non plated.
